great location pleasant staff

I liked the location. It was very convenient! everything was nearby. the staff were pleasant and helpful, especially the lady who cleaned my room. She did an excellent job. the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

The room was dated, and there was no kettle available. i also had to pay four euros per day for the safety deposit box. It was quite expensive.

my double or twin room had super clean presentation and two comfortable beds. the bathroom had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. it was equipped with basic amenities, though i missed having a kettle.

the staff were friendly and mostly efficient, always ready to assist with directions and information. the cleaning service was very thorough, and my room was super clean daily. reception was cute and helpful.

the hotel is close to the cercanias train station. i liked the terrace views. i found a deep bathtub in the room. parking was available for 12€ daily in the building.

the desserts were completely industrial. accessing the beach requires walking down stairs on san miguel street. people with mobility issues may find better options elsewhere.

poor soundproofing limited cocktails

The main issue was the noise.. i could hear everything through the walls, from neighbors talking to hallway activity. the room felt dated and lacked soundproofing. also, the all-inclusive drinks were quite limited. No cocktails were included, even basic ones.

The location is convenient, a short walk to shops and restaurants. The hotel provides indoor rooftop pool and a large outdoor pool. The rooms are spacious and include a balcony.. I found the breakfast and dinner options satisfactory.

The air conditioning seemed to have issues as it was not working properly . The staff mentioned that it was probably because the balcony door was not closed correctly, but that wasn't the case.
