a mixed bag..
small room unconcerned staff
the breakfast had a good spread.
the room i booked was quite small.. i think they gave me a smaller room than what i paid for initially. the staff didn't seem too concerned until i really pushed the issue. it's irritating to have to argue about something like that at this price point.

the staff gave me a room early upon my arrival at 7am. the hotel design displayed fine decor in both common areas and my room. i extended my stay as the hotel food was excellent..

small room odd layout
The breakfast was delicious!!! i liked the toiletries provided. They smelled great.
The room i booked, a beautiful room, was not as expected. the shower had a bathtub taking up almost the entire shower space. it was weird. The layout did not maximize the space.
The staff was courteous. Roberto at the front desk offered restaurant suggestions and secured train bookings. Wait staff in the restaurant were very attentive. Hospitality training shows in the service from all staff.
