the hotel has a free parking inside the park around it. i appreciated the location because it was very quiet and surrounded by a garden park. the bus stop to venice was just across the road.

The room i stayed in had poor air conditioning. The outlet was behind a sofa with a wall. it did not cool down the room properly. towels were thread worn, and some even had holes. the breakfast room felt very stuffy.

I found the private parking very convenient. It had plenty of spaces. staff members were friendly and helpful with directions. my room was clean, quiet, and had comfortable beds. i could easily buy bus tickets to venice at reception, and the bus stop was very close.

i noticed the air conditioning unit was not adjustable in the room, so i could not customize the temperature to my preference.
