gorgeous bunchlovely cake
the staff was really accommodating. they delivered a gorgeous bunch of flowers and a lovely cake when i asked for special requests for my girlfriend's birthday.

the bus stop was very close, a mere two minutes away. i also found the tram to be easily accessible, located just a five-minute walk from the hotel! the tram's direct route to venice was convenient, costing only 1.50 euro each way.
the parking situation presented a bit of a challenge. i was informed of a daily charge and street parking was difficult to secure. finding a spot with limited hours required an early morning move.

The free parking was useful.
The air conditioning was not working. I found it difficult to sleep because the pillow seemed like a rock. The noise level in this hotel was ridiculous. I could hear everything through the walls and ceiling.

The hotel is conveniently located near public transport. The tram station is a short walk. This made access to Venice very easy. I found nearby restaurants quite good. The staff was friendly and always available. I especially liked how clean my room was upon arrival.
The minibar in the room made a slight noise at night.
