warm welcome local bar suite upgrade fruit platter
The staff welcomed me warmly. Giuseppe provided excellent recommendations for local bars. He also upgraded my suite as a honeymoon surprise. i received Prosecco and a fruit platter.
The breakfast options seemed very basic.

The reception team was cute. Stefania, in particular, provided very nice service, ESPECIALLY when i got lost, and offered significant aid to support me. They booked a water taxi to the airport and portered luggage.

The location is ideal from the train station. It's also close to public boat transport. Many restaurants are nearby, but the area is also quiet. it is not in the very center.

My beautiful suite included chocolates. The room had turndown service with body lotion. it contained a mini bar with a fridge. There was also a large dresser and a bathroom with both a shower and a bidet.

basic breakfast outdated decor
I was a bit let down. the breakfast felt very basic for a hotel that calls itself five-star. it definitely did not match the price i paid. also, the room's decor felt a little outdated. the style didn't quite live up to my expectations. We loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

mixed experience, SOME issues present
small bathroom towel replacement
The bathroom lacked expected space for a supposed five-star hotel. i felt the room's layout failed to maximize canal view. cleaning staff neglected replacing all towels after servicing the room. i found breakfast start time too late for early departures, restricting options.

My room was huge and clean. Breakfast options included many choices. The staff were attentive. The hotel location is near everything.
