The hotel maintained cleanliness well, a detail i appreciate. The staff proved friendly. The entertainment team offered various games. I enjoyed poker and table tennis..
Getting drinks required much patience. Coffee at breakfast took 10-15 minutes. The breakfast buffet, though good, became repetitive after several days..

charmed stay
beautiful beach calm water serene atmosphere
the beach was very beautiful and perfect for swimming with calm, clear water. weather was sunny, i enjoyed that so much. the resort atmosphere felt luxurious and serene, and the landscaping was totally fine. i felt very charmed by the whole experience, i want to return.
the breakfast buffet got old fast. it offered the same items every day. i prefer to order eggs from the server, i didnt find that option.

the room had a large bathroom and big windows that let in a lot of light. two separate sinks and a rainfall shower created a luxurious space. i had a wonderful time in it.

the gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes for fitness. there are variety of restaurants. multiple restaurants included in our half-board plan worked well.

the hotel had direct access to the beach. the area felt peaceful, the location feels convenient. the beach was perfect for swimming.

staff were helpful and always smiling. the service at the beach was amazing. everyone was ready with a cheerful greeting. i appreciate it.

Refined Stay with Nice Moments
breakfast buffet room upgrade ocean view
Our stay included a complimentary breakfast. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It had great variety. Our room upgrade contributed to a refined experience. The room included an ocean view (i noticed this detail in the morning).
The wait for the buggy service was longer than expected (about 25 minutes). This happened at departure. Reception always said it should only take 5 to 10 minutes. Daily change of bed linens was not automatic. I had to request it each time.

The butlers asked us where we wanted to dine. I chose the floating market restaurant. There was no special arrangement at the restaurant. Back in our suite, there was a cake. the cake had the inscription "happy wedding anniversary.
