Acceptable stay, but with notable drawbacks.

musty odor seaweed amount

My room had a noticeable musty odor. The ventilation seemed inadequate. It was particularly strong in the bathroom. I also found the beach situation frustrating. There was a significant amount of seaweed. This made swimming unpleasant. The staff did attempt to clean it. Their efforts were not entirely effective. They were using a tractor, but it could not remove it all.

The staff was attentive! the food was superb! the location was fine right on the beach! cocktails at the beach bar were delicious. i especially liked the complimentary kayaking and paddle boarding. The provided equipment was of great quality. spa treatments were very relaxing. I felt totally rejuvenated after my massage.

The hotel sits directly on the beachfront. it grants easy access to the ocean. The crashing waves offer a soothing sound. there is a reef visible, perfect for swimming. The lagoon stays shallow. It allows wading at a considerable distance!

The team's friendliness and helpfulness stood out. the staff were all smiling and greeted me warmly. housekeeping ensured everything was perfect and replenished items when requested. turn-down service included chocolates left on pillows. This felt special!
