the staff was helpful. always happy! rooms were lovely. the view was great. the food blew my mind. such a quiet location near grand baie. i appreciate that. i'm glad that i chose this hotel. the pool was heated. it was nice since it was still august. dinner was amazing. the chef is creative. there was very nice live music. it was amazing.
i burnt my hand on the toaster. i needed a cold flannel from the room. the hotel knew it was a special birthday treat prior to the trip but they didn't acknowledge it. other than that. the supervisor mentioned that customer service was generally poor.
