convenient shuttle spacious rooms faulty machines insufficient seating

The hotel had a very convenient shuttle service. It runs to local shops and the airport. The rooms were spacious and clean. The restaurant served very good food for both breakfast and dinner.

The fitness club had some machines not working. I also noticed there was not enough setting area around the pool.

convenient airport stay

free shuttle convenient shuttle clean room

The hotel provided a free airport shuttle, prompt and efficient. i also used the free shuttle to the shopping mall and nearby beach. This made exploring the area easy. the room was very clean and quiet. I found it comfortable after a long journey.

the air conditioning was too cold even when turned off, i found it a bit uncomfortable (i should have asked to look at it).

Service

9/10

the staff at reception were helpful and courteous, assisting with shuttle arrangements. restaurant staff ensured quick service for dinner and breakfast. i did not experience any delays or issues with service requests.

Facilities

8/10

the hotel has a functional fitness center, though i didn't use it extensively, it seemed well-equipped. a pool is available with enough lounge seating. the complimentary airport shuttle operated reliably .

Location

10/10

The hotel's location is very near the airport. The shuttle ride was short. there is also a free shuttle service to a shopping mall and a beach (a good perk). this made the location very convenient.
