The rooms are beautiful. i stayed in a junior SUITE sea view. the location is great with easy access to the airport. the staff's welcome was very nice. They really show hospitality.

the mini bar only had two beers initially, and they did not refill it.

The hotel location was convenient for reaching nearby attractions. Renting watersports equipment like boats was easy. I found helpful staff available. I also enjoyed some good drinks .

The hotel service was not good at all. I had issue trying to make a dinner reservation. The premium all-inclusive upgrade didn't seem worth the cost. Food was repetitive.

I found the room spacious and very comfortable with fresh towels. The hotel facilities exhibit amazing aesthetics. The staff demonstrated friendliness and helpfulness. I observed that swimming pools and the lagoon are clean with clear blue waters. The Mosaic restaurant prepared amazing gourmet three course meals.

The service was a bit slow on one occasion.

My suite included a seating area and a balcony. The bathroom had a separate tub, a rainfall shower and premium toiletries. A comfortable king-size bed and crisp linens contributed to restful sleep. I found the provided robes and slippers to be a nice touch.
