i was really excited about this stay, especially since it was supposed to be a luxurious experience. i booked a room with an ocean view. however, the balcony had a strange cage. this cage blocked most of the view (i still paid the full price!). it was not what i expected at all. also, the room was right above the main pool. it was really noisy when the dj played (dance floor music). it was hard to relax, even with the doors closed.

i appreciated the cooling towel and welcome drink upon arrival. the check-in was smooth! a staff member showed us around the resort and explained the facilities. the private beach included water sports activities!!!
the gym, though modern, felt a bit small. the free weight area only accommodates two people at a time. more equipment would enhance the experience.

the food setup was odd. there were no buffets at lunch or dinner. instead, we had a set menu. flexibility was limited, and we couldn't swap courses. also, the tv information was not updated, it caused some confusion.

the breakfast service wasn't great. vegan options were sometimes mislabeled. it was like i always had to check and ask. the breakfast area also had a lot of birds. they should clear the tables more quickly. this would definitely make the environment more pleasant.

The hotel boasts a fine colonial design. Our suite had a well-thought-out layout with a beautiful balcony, perfect for evening wine. Top-class linens and pillows ensured restful sleep.. everything one could want was available in the mini bar and drawers. The gym is well equipped with knowledgeable, friendly staff.
I experienced some difficulty with the advanced blinds and lighting controls. It might be due to my age, but clearer instructions would have been helpful. The location of the residences is not expressly clear on the website.

The water sports options were extensive, with helpful staff ready to assist. Catamarans, paddle-boards, and kayaks were available almost immediately. A well-equipped gym includes treadmills, stationary bikes, and various weight machines for a complete workout, promoting wellness .

Breakfast featured a wonderful spread with both a la carte options and a fantastic buffet. The food quality is high, presenting guests with numerous choices. The pastry chef's creations showcased really good skill and artistry.

The staff were genuinely warm and eager to. They were friendly, polite, efficient, hardworking and kind. Their smiles seemed genuine and added positively to the experience. The staff consistently were pretty good too accommodate requests.
