A Really good stay!

paddle boarding excellent rooms professional staff large spaces

Amenities included paddle boarding, a gym, tennis, and a spa. I thought it was great. I loved the beauty and freshness of the nature surrounding the hotel. The large open spaces were clean, and the views were lovely. The rooms were excellent, and the staff were professional, kind, and friendly.

The room was slightly dated, but still perfectly acceptable. I found that service on the beach could be a tad slow at times. Orders were processed on paper, and things sometimes got a little lost.

The hotel offers various amenities, including paddle facilities, a gym with treadmills and stationary bikes, a tennis court in very good condition, and a full-service spa. A crèche is available for families, and bee tasting offers a unique experience .

Staff members across the resort are very professional and display a high level of kindness to the guests. The cleaning services make up the rooms twice a day, maintaining cleanliness. Room service is efficient and provides prompt delivery of orders, which I APPRECIATED.

slow service rude reception

the breakfast buffet was acceptable with a few good options.

The service was slow. Drink orders on the beach took up to 40 minutes. staff members often did not wear watches needed to receive requests from the sun loungers. also, the reception staff was rude when i requested a late check-out.

The service on the beach was noticeably slow. it sometimes took up to 40 minutes for a drink order to arrive. orders seemed to get lost easily as everything was processed on paper. also. the reception staff was not consistently helpful. They seemed indifferent when i requested a late checkout.

the resort featured a beautiful, clean beach ideal for swimming AND relaxation. the spacious, well-designed room included a comfortable double bed and a modern shower. i especially appreciated the wide array of activities available, such as tennis courts and water sports. every staff member i encountered was warm and eager to ensure a nice experience.
