The lobby views were lovely upon arrival. The beach was very nice it included possibilities for water skiing and other activities. The team prepared a table on the beach for our first dinner this was a nice touch.

The service in the room was slow sometimes they did not understand what I asked.

A wonderful stay!

The resort had multiple pools. They were suitable for swimming and relaxing. Button service on the beach made it easy to get drinks. The ice cave and whirlpool in the wellness center were included. The minibar was refilled daily with water.

The wardrobe door in the room was a bit stiff. It required extra effort to open.

I found the room REALLY comfortable and spacious with great bedding. The food had lots of variety and the Kumin restaurant stood out. It presented extra tasty Indian dishes. Service was really good, and the staff remained very polite. I especially appreciated Mr Houmesh's hospitality. It was excellent.

I noticed some areas in the hallways need a bit more attention to cleanliness. The balcony furniture could use a better cleaning schedule.

An Amazing Tropical Conference Getaway!

This hotel is top notch. I was there for a conference, yet it reminded me of a tropical getaway, a lovely experience. Every staff member greets you with a smile and offers assistance in any possible way. The restaurants provide wonderful food paired with excellent service.
