adequate stay overall

pravina made our check-in very easy. she remained helpful and available throughout my stay. i also liked the room (i stayed in a beautiful sea view room). it was gorgeous with a view of the 'quiet pool'.
the bed mattress was not very good. i experienced stiff shoulders because of it. i also found the buffet at the main restaurant to be quite poor. the selection of meals was lacking.

Decent Stay, but Some Issues

The main restaurant was not as clean as I expected. Bird droppings were on many chairs. It was hard finding a clean place to sit, and waiters did not seem concerned. Also. Our room near the pond had a lot of noise early in the morning and at night because of the birds-.

the room i reserved included a kind-sized bed. instead, i got two twin beds pushed together. the hotel layout meant my "sea view" was just a glimpse of the ocean in the distance.
