the hotel has amazing service. the staff is very friendly, attentive, and receptive. it has plenty of activities and food choices. the hotel is clean, with good wifi access and rooms get cleaned twice a day.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay!

The security guard at the main entrance offered us such a warm welcome! Breakfast had so much variety. Food in the restaurants tasted really good too. I really enjoyed lobster night at Cyann restaurant, so delicious! The WhatsApp service proved very helpful. The buggy service made getting around the hotel easy.

The hotel is very big. It has shuttles running constantly, but they can be difficult to catch. Waiting at the stops sometimes can be long!

shuttle problemnoisy beach

the shuttles are a problem. it is difficult to catch them plus if after fifteen minutes waiting at the shuttle stop, it might be full and you cant board. i had to ask many times for anything to be done. the north beach had many locals offering stuff. i did not enjoy my time there.

the grounds includes two large beaches. each villa has an individual pool. the resort manager were accommodating, very nice.

the hotel offered only tapwater with aftertaste. i had to buy evian, which cost €7 a bottle. the hotel ran out quickly.

The buggy drivers were efficient. Andrew and Adrian transported me around the resort quickly. Guest relations was helpful. Dorothy answered all my questions and provided excellent service. The staff demonstrated kindness.

The lunch options were limited. Only two tables were available for snacks at the south side pool bars. I felt forced to eat on a lounger. There was limited live music. The resort only had one location with live entertainment. There were not enough tables.

the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel has many shuttles going from one side to another. there are many food choices and activities available.

the door lock took a full morning to fix. i had zero room access from breakfast till lunchtime. i found no willingness to put it right when i complained.
