nice experience

luxury accommodation quality food beautiful design

the staff was very nice and did their best to ensure a great experience. accommodation was luxury. food and beverage choices had top quality. facilities were top notch. i would come back. staff showed kindness. it was very well designed inside and out.

my room had cleanliness problems. i found dust everywhere. there was a dirty floor for the entire stay. i saw ant nests in the bathroom. it made me worry.

the room was equipped well and always clean. staff provided a variety of useful amenities. the mini bar was very basic and included only essential items. no coffee machine was available in the room.

i found the staff consistently attentive. the grounds were impeccably maintained. i observed fresh flower bowls placed around the hotel. the team thoughtfully arranged a photographer for a special occasion. the photographer was booked seamlessly.

I noticed minor wear on some poolside loungers. They could use refreshing.
