solid choice
dining choice buffet restaurant sushi restaurant
i found the hotel had varied dining choices. the buffet restaurant had a wide selection. i liked the crepes at the crepe station. the sushi restaurant offered fresh and tasty options.
our room was not cleaned one day. we had put the towels for changing and they didn't take them. the room service staff did not address this issue .

The staff offered cute smiles at arrival. employees were available and ready to help . some staff helped organise a meal and surprise for a birthday. It was appreciated.

the hotel room was spacious enough.
my return flight was canceled. the hotel did not refund my final night, despite assurances. i also experienced food poisoning and it ruined a day.

The buffet offered a good choice of food. Every dish tasted delicious.
The check-in process was very slow. It took one and a half hours, frustrating after a long journey. the service, in general, seemed unmotivated and slow. Staff didn't appear eager to assist. friendliness was lacking. This.

superb stay!
spacious rooms themed nights friendly staff
I found the rooms spacious and clean. food at the buffet restaurant was excellent. i especially liked the varied themed nights. the friendly staff made my holiday special. I especially appreciated kailash, the buggy guy, who looked after us. he had connections with all the staff and organised everything for us.

i found the staff consistently warm and cute. their excellent reactivity and responsiveness were apparent, especially when issues arose. mr mayur even provided a brief, thoughtful tour of the hotel.

golf and great food!
great food perfect gym
We recently enjoyed a trip to play golf. the courses were in excellent condition, and the staff at each course were amazing, especially at the links. we ate in every restaurant and the food was just perfect. indigo was our favourite place for lunch. It had a view of the beach and the sea. the gym facilities were the best i have ever experienced!!!
the junior suites needed a revamp. there was damaged wood around the room, and water leaked through the wall tiles. i think some refurbishment is needed to bring them up to standard.

The restaurants offered diverse menus. Each provided a unique dining experience, and the food quality was consistently excellent. the service was prompt, attentive, and created a very pleasant atmosphere, i enjoyed the visit to all of the restaurants.

beyond expectations!
ocean view helpful staff
i stayed in a junior suite beach front. it was amazing to wake up each morning and see the ocean right outside my window. the food in the deer hunter restaurant was amazing too and the staff were always so helpful with the gluten free options for me.
