the location was acceptable because it was close to grand baie for a visit to the town.

The food taste in the buffet was bad. I didn't like any of it! some days, i felt hungry and annoyed. I complained to the reception, but i didn't get the help i needed.

the hotel grounds were beautiful. the infinity pools were located throughout the hotel territory, so i did not have to go to the main one. my tropical suite was large with a big bathroom and an open veranda with a tropical shower.

the food at the buffet was not good. i did not like any of the food. i complained to reception but did not get help. people kept approaching me on the beach about boat activities so i couldn't relax.

The service was inconsistent , i found. sometimes, getting a simple request fulfilled reminded me of a chore. there were issues with the buggy service. I often waited quite long for it. the restaurant bookings were difficult to secure and the food quality did not always meet expectations. this.

the beach was beautiful and clean. garden was well kept and peaceful. pools had ample space for everyone to relax. i found the variety of restaurants offered many choices. The hotel staff was always kind and helpful.

the food quality in the buffet was not great. i left feeling hungry and annoyed a few times. i did complain to reception, but i didn't get the help needed.
