a pleasant stay

hotel territory infinity pools tropical shower poor food unhelpful reception boat activities

the hotel grounds were beautiful. the infinity pools were located throughout the hotel territory, so i did not have to go to the main one. my tropical suite was large with a big bathroom and an open veranda with a tropical shower.

the food at the buffet was not good. i did not like any of the food. i complained to reception but did not get help. people kept approaching me on the beach about boat activities so i couldn't relax.

inconsistent service , some disappointing aspects

buggy service food quality

The service was inconsistent , i found. sometimes, getting a simple request fulfilled seemed like a chore. there were issues with the buggy service. I often waited quite long for it. the restaurant bookings were difficult to secure and the food quality did not always meet expectations. this.
