a good stay in a beautiful room!
spacious bathroomlarge terracekind stafffine hotel
i enjoyed my time here. the beautiful room had a spacious bathroom and a bathtub. the terrace was also quite large and overlooked the water. all staff members were very kind and professional . i found the hotel to be visually fine both inside and out.
i felt the grounds and surrounding area offered limited options for walking or exploration. this made it a bit difficult to fully enjoy the natural surroundings.

The beautiful room included a spacious bathroom complete with a bathtub. The terrace provided ample space and offered a nice view. overall, the rooms were well-kept and provided a comfortable environment. i liked it a lot.

the hotel operates on a farm-to-table concept, with fresh herbs grown in the gardens. breakfast was particularly good, with fresh ingredients like pistachio cake. the dinner menu was interesting and paired well with the local wines. i was happy with that.

charming stay

the food was excellent with great choices at the buffet and dinner menus. the staff were very helpful and friendly . my family previously stayed here and highly recommended it.. we will be back. breakfast had a wide variety of choices and all were fresh.
the pool with terrace is only open from 15/06. the hotel did not contact guests to let them know, a bit tricky.

The Christopher Columbus Suite was amazing. It was a duplex with stylish decor. it had a huge comfy bed. Breakfast deserves recognition. There was a really good gluten-free selection, and the cappuccino was great. The staff included my kid in a wine tasting experience. It was awesome!

The welcome was quite lovely I was helped with my bags. The public areas are fine I loved the amazing restaurant with its river view. I especially appreciated Juan Carlos he was very friendly and professional. The grounds are beautiful the character buildings added charm.
The minibar safe was tiny perhaps a bit too small for practical use.

The room featured good lighting and effective air conditioning which was great. There was a coffee machine available though no kettle was supplied in the room. The villa terrace needs an upgrade. Privacy is great but it's slightly claustrophobic with dark panelling.
