i was impressed with the hotel's indoor pool. it provided a nice opportunity for swimming regardless of the weather outside. also, breakfast included numerous options like fresh pastries and fruit.

the room i was given felt really cramped. this impacted my ability to comfortably relax within my personal space. furthermore, the spa wasn't fully operational so there weren't many options available.

the hotel has a good parking, but i needed to pay 15 € for a space. the employees at check-in were very friendly. the room and bathroom were very good.

The toilet wasn't clean. I saw a stain inside. the breakfast was very poor. there were pastries and juices, but other trays were empty. (i was disappointed).

the hotel had a new and modern aesthetic. a welcome note with a bottle of champagne was a sweet touch. breakfast offered a good selection. the location was central, and within walking distance to shops, attractions, and restaurants.

the room lacked a full-length mirror, and finding a spot to dry hair near a mirror was difficult! also, i found the water pressure a little low.

The staff were professional and kind. Pedro at the front desk was very helpful. a waiter named silvio had a very informative conversation about life. catarina, silvia, and wellington at reception were great. Yusuf in the dining room stood out.

Breakfast was very good and plentiful. The restaurant served tasty meals. a brazilian waiter spoke english well and was very sweet. there was vegan food available including tofu pudding with non-dairy milk and vegan milk for lattes.

The hotel is very conveniently situated within easy walking distance of the city. its location is right in the heart of the area, near shopping, attractions, and restaurants. This is perfect for those without a car.
