The hotel boasts three swimming pools, two convenient beach bars, and a handy snack bar. sunbeds were very comfortable there, with locations between the beach and pools. breakfast included many diverse and delicious options. staff were attentive. They checked each evening to offer a quick room service if we needed any.

a minor issue involved slight difficulty in regulating the air conditioning in the room at certain times during the day.

immediate beach access allowed simple transitions between the hotel and the sea. a bus stop located right outside the hotel enabled trips into chania with ease. the surrounding area felt secure with no loud disturbances during the night.

The hotel staff provided excellent service through daily room cleaning and attentive support. they arranged a taxi to the airport and provided a late check out. This helped greatly. many staff members were friendly and polite.

The room had a fantastic sea view. I also appreciated fresh towels twice a day. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). I found lots of comfy loungers available near the beach.

Lovely Beachfront Bliss

i really loved how close everything was! the three pools were super accessible and right next to the beach, and the sunbeds had adjustable positions and comfortable bolster cushions, it was fantastic. the staff anticipated every need, delivering quick room service in the evenings and even arranging my taxi to the airport. i got a late check-out! the breakfast had so many options, a delicious and diverse selection.

the air conditioning wasn't quite as powerful as i expected.
