The breakfast buffet had great variety and quality. The staff was very friendly. They were always ready to help. I found free parking on the street outside the hotel. It was very convenient.

The air conditioning was a little weak. It struggled to keep the room cool enough during the day.

missing barzero shade

The lack of a proper bar was annoying. i wanted a place to unwind in the evening but found nothing of the sort. also, the rooftop pool situation needs fixing. Zero shade makes it unusable during the day. i ended up just staying in my room most of the time, sadly.

The hotel rooms were clean and nicely appointed.

Check-in was not cute. The staff did not provide information about the hotel facilities. I seemed like I was inconveniencing the staff with every request. The service lacked a personal touch.
