a really good hotel find

friendly staff central location helpful staff
the staff was lovely on arrival. everyone was friendly throughout my stay. location was superb, very central. it allowed me to reach everything easily. the staff gave great advice for things to see.

the room included all i need. i enjoyed the nice balcony overlooking the street. also, the high ceilings added a spacious feel to it. this makes the stay very comfortable.

helpful staff central location easy walk
The reception staff were helpful and kind. I received excellent suggestions for nearby tapas restaurants. The location was central for walking to historic sites. The railway station was an easy walk too. This was very useful for my onward journey.

Really good city center location

taxi access morning mugs bottle shampoo touch service
The service here was really good. I got immediate access to a taxi. One phone call by reception brought a taxi right to the door. i enjoyed the little touches. There were "Good morning" mugs at breakfast. i also liked proper bottles of shampoo, shower gel, hand wash, and lotion, enough for the week instead of miniature bottles.

Reception staff were helpful. The YOUNG ladies on reception were so helpful. Staff provided everything we needed. They know a lot about attractions NEARBY.

The staff proved very attentive. the hotel location is excellent. it is central yet away from the noise. i found immediate access to a taxi. One phone call by reception brought the taxi to the door.
i recently had the unfortunate experience of staying in a room without exterior windows. instead, it had a tiny window facing an internal hallway. the room was too hot, and they couldn't turn the temperature down.

the bathroom was nearly a five-star experience it had great water pressure. the building's high ceilings and the large room size were also highlights
the shower head was difficult to keep in a fixed position on its pole it kept turning freely when the water was on
