i appreciated the kind staff. valet parking was efficient and convenient. the restaurants offered wonderful choices , and the food was delicious. i enjoyed a beautiful frontal ocean view from my spacious room.

the minibar selection was somewhat limited.

the reception staff offered a big welcome , and were helpful with any questions i had. the hotel staff handled luggage quickly on arrival and departure. pedro at the front desk was helpful , A TRUE asset to the team.

the beautiful room had both sea and pool views , and it was most comfortable. my room was cleaned in the morning and again in the evening for turndown service. the electronic drapes added a touch of MODERN convenience.

i liked the great staff. service was very attentive to every request i made. there was a big outdoor pool. the room lighting was better than other hotels. it provided a relaxing ambiance. the location was very close to boca do inferno. it was only a short walk to downtown. i extended my stay another night because of the convenience.

the location was great it was a short walk to town

the gym was not good it had little equipment i had a massage at the spa and it was the worst i have ever had the bar service was also not good two waiters were confused over one order
