Modern stay, a few snags

I enjoyed the hotel's modern design. The location proved fabulous, near the main attractions. I particularly loved the amazing pool area, a garden provided a cool oasis. Breakfast offered great food. I ate well .
The noise in rooms was an issue. I had to change rooms due to the noise. The internet proved spotty, and i had many issues with it.

The staff ensured i had Pasteis de Nata delivered upon arrival. The team worked to provide good service during meals, especially the breakfast service. Reception provided help with requests when available, solving most issues quickly.

the breakfast offered hot dishes made to order from a menu. a wide variety of fruits included papaya, melon, watermelon, mango, passion fruit, and pineapple. several kinds of cheese and sliced meats were available. we loved the great breakfast.
some evenings there was no proper hot water. but the service was great.

the hotel location was acceptable, it was near bars and restaurants.
the cocktail situation at the bar was dissapointing, the cocktails were bad. also there was no proper nightstands. very frustrating , i must say.
