the location was ideal I found myself close to major attractions. my room, a Standard ME Room Patio View, was modern. the hotel design included a good restaurant and a nice lobby.
i found the front desk staff addressed guests too familiarly this felt unprofessional. the service level did not match the hefty price i paid. the staff attire during breakfast seemed inappropriate.

the staff was very accommodating. i appreciated that they arranged transportation for me, and gave restaurant recommendations. i found the turndown service a lovely touch. the room was spacious. the bed provided great comfort, the shower offered strong water pressure , and the bar was well-stocked. i appreciated the hotel amenities.
