perfect cleanliness beautiful room convenient proximity slow service limited options early closure
The room was beautiful and impeccably clean. My selected room featured a comfortable bed and tasteful décor. The proximity to attractions proved very convenient.. especially Chatsworth House. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices.
I noticed the service seemed stretched during peak hours. Waiting for a drink took longer than expected. The public bar closed early for a private function which limited options.

i found staff helpful. the food were great, and my room are very comfortable. its a cozy bar with an assortment of local gins and friendly bartender. this place is just what i needed for a quick getaway.
the service are not perfect to be honest. a tall man gave us the expensive menu and told us the lunch menu were not available after 12.30. it was not what we believed we had ordered and he said "this is all we have today", with a take it or leave it attitude.

poor ventilation non-functional remote
The hotel location impressed me initially but some aspects require attention. The bathroom lacked proper ventilation. Condensation was excessive after showers and it lingered for hours. Mould growth is now evident. Housekeeping should address this promptly. The television remote did not function. Despite reporting this, there was no resolution .
