Excellent stay!
stable wifi clean room ample parking
I really appreciated the quick, stable free wifi. the room was very clean and well stocked with essentials. we also had a quick dinner and the portions were very good. The food was AMAZING!!! parking on site was plentiful.
i would have liked herbal teas in the bedroom, but this is a very minor point.

secure car park ice machine
The hotel provides a big secure car park. The room included a coffee machine and fresh milk was available. An ice machine was another great idea.
The hotel could benefit from providing herbal teas in the bedrooms.

Underwhelming Stay
cold food cramped room
I was looking forward to a nice stay, but some things went wrong. Our room, a standard double, felt really cramped. There was barely any space for our bags and only one chair. Breakfast proved disappointing. The food was cold on both mornings, even the bacon. I also heard other guests express the same displeasure regarding the temperature of their breakfast.

new carpet fluff lack of cleaning
The staff was very friendly and professional bar none.
The room was clearly new, but there was lots of new carpet fluff on the floor. It looked like they did not hoover.
