The staff seemed fine. Not overly friendly, but fine.
The breakfast was a letdown, mostly basic buffet items with no proper menu to order more interesting fare. they charged extra for oat milk hot chocolate. That fact was only revealed when the bill arrived. it's just oat milk.

The room provided useful amenities, including a fridge and coffee machine. Toiletries were good quality and added to the experience. The bed was very large and very comfortable. Breakfast had many choices, also the staff was very nice and attentive.
