amazing jamaican experience!

I loved the well-kept grounds. They were beautifully laid out. the staff were great too honor our request for a room with separate beds. the restaurants offered a wide range of cuisines. The food was AMAZING!!!
the bus taking us to the hotel broke down twice. it was not a good start. it added unnecessary stress to the beginning of my vacation.

a GREAT trip to Jamaica

i just returned from my stay. i secured a room with two double beds and a cot. the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Housekeeping kept everything very clean. they provided fresh towels daily and restocked toiletries as needed.
i noticed some minor wear and tear on the furniture. there were a few scratches on the coffee table in my suite.

the staff at Jasmine remembered my drinks. Ashley and Natalee were excellent there. service was Always quick and efficient, answering all my questions and providing assistance when needed.

the grounds were Always clean and well kept. the cleaning staff kept the common areas very clean. the gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes i saw there, i used them every day.

the beach was steps away and amazing. it was Convenient to access and well maintained. i also enjoyed easy access to nearby local attractions and excursions, i visited many historical sites.

the room was comfortable and clean staff were always helpful and quick to respond. the staff made sure our room was always cleaned daily and the bed was made. i appreciate that the staff at the restaurants accommodated some nutritional, dietary and allergic requirements that our group needed.
the resort is quite large i think it requires more maintenance to keep it in top condition.
