good hotel stay
friendly staff swim-up suite valet service
the welcome in the lobby during check-in was excellent. the valet service worked well, and the staff were amazing. the all-inclusive aspect was convenient, and the swim-up suite was a plus.
the food was not consistently good.

The sports bar had a good selection of drinks and games. martha's market offered convenient snacks and essentials, while mike's cafe had nice coffee and pastries. Sugarcane had good food, though the wait was long.

The staff were friendly and cute. some staff became more than just staff. They became new friends. the entertainment, pools, swim-up bar, and lazy river were great.

wide selection fresh fruit slow elevators pool shade
i found the food options plentiful. the buffet had a wide selection (i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit). also, the room service was quick and efficient.
i noticed the elevators were occasionally slow. also, some areas of the pool lacked sufficient shade.

A Decent Stay
different cuisines late service friendly staff slow internet long check-in limited entertainment
The hotel had different cuisines available. I liked that one food place stayed open very late. It was convenient if you got hungry after the nightclub (which I did). The staff were friendly and approachable.
The check-in took a long time. I waited almost two hours to get my room. the internet was slow (having to re-enter codes was annoying). The daytime entertainment options were limited.

mixed experience with some notable issues
restaurant variety several options mold smell air quality
I liked the variety of restaurants available. There were several options to choose from.
The room smelled strongly of mold. (It was quite unpleasant) multiple requests for cleaning did little to improve the air quality and my concerns weren't really addressed properly.
