I found several aspects disappointing. The minibar was not restocked , which I would expect at this level. My request for a bathrobe for my child was never fulfilled, despite asking twice at reception. The breakfast lacked variety. Specifically, the bread and fruit options were quite limited.

the room was quite large and comfortable. the sofa bed was ready when we arrived.

i expected more for the price. staff in the spa didn't speak english. the room was dark, with a view of parked cars. the bathroom had a strange half-open toilet. the wifi was poor.

missing kettleunheated pools

The room lacked basic amenities. there was no kettle available in the room. I had to request one separately. also, i found it unusual that swimming caps were mandatory for the spa, i have not encountered this policy in other hotels i have visited. finally, the outdoor pools were unheated, resulting in very cold water. the reception staff provided inadequate assistance.
