The staff were really helpful! Rita provided great recommendations for local eateries. I found the hotel breakfast to be quite excellent and it was like good value.

The air conditioning was not working on my first night and the shower didn't drain well. They mentioned replacing the AC filter. the AC still did not work for a second night.

the hotel has a fantastic location near many attractions. the staff provided excellent service, including quick and gracious ironing. i also appreciated the luxurious feel of the decor throughout the premises.

The breakfast seemed expensive for what was offered. I noticed several good restaurants nearby at a lower price.

The breakfast had a good selection, a pleasant surprise I must admit.

I found the room I was initially given far from ideal. It lacked a view since stone pillars obstructed it. Cleanliness also missed the mark for a supposedly high-end hotel, as I noticed shaved hair on the wall. To add insult to injury, housekeeping threw away items I bought after my luggage was delayed. Their idea of an apology? A wine and cheese plate, an offer I received right before my flight.
