helpful staff tasteful decoration coffee station

the hotel staff were very helpful throughout my stay. the hotel had beautiful and tasteful decorations, something i noticed immediately. the complimentary coffee station in reception was a nice touch offering convenient refreshments.

my room was not cleaned once .

The tram stop stands directly outside. i loved the welcome gifts. they added a special touch. handmade traditional tile was an excellent design choice. i especially appreciated the location. It really puts you in the heart of things.

the room was slightly smaller than i expected, though it had everything i needed.

a gem with river views

river view helpful staff personal touch

i stayed in a superior double room river view for three nights the river view from my room was amazing i could watch the boats and the sunset each morning the room included complimentary water i found it a nice touch the staff offered helpful recommendations for local restaurants this made my stay feel personalized and special

the breakfast area became quite crowded between 9:00 am and 10:00 am i sometimes had to wait a few minutes for a table this made it slightly less relaxing during my morning routine

The location was indeed central, however the room was smaller than i expected. there was also noticeable noise from the street, even with the windows closed. i found the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room inconvenient. the shower was also quite small. I found it difficult to move comfortably.

The hotel boasts a central location near key attractions. Complimentary coffee and water were available all day. The breakfast room offered a relaxing atmosphere with excellent food choices. I found the staff very cute and helpful throughout my visit.

The small size of the room was a slight inconvenience. I found limited space for luggage. This might be a problem for travelers with larger bags.

charming stay in the heart of it all

perfect location helpful staff

The location was perfect. It was in a great area for exploring local spots. the staff were friendly and helpful (especially with directions). the free coffee in the lobby was a nice touch and available all day and night.

The room was smaller than expected. It was a bit tight for luggage and moving around comfortably. (i wish i had asked for a larger room at check-in).
