the staff provided attentive service from reservation to departure. every request was handled with care. the hotel's restaurant presented wonderful food options. excellent guided tours added to the experience, great to immerse ourselves in the local culture. the quality wifi and comfortable beds ensured a convenient stay.
the rooms were a little bit too dark for my liking.

the staff was very helpful, i felt welcome. the restaurant provided excellent food with beautiful presentation. the hotel's atmosphere felt both elegant and cozy.
the room was somewhat small for a hotel in this category. it could have used more space for luggage. it was not ideal.
