my palace beautiful room was spacious and impeccably clean i particularly appreciated the fresh flowers that were replenished daily. the turndown service included welcome cards and stocking of the mini-bar. i enjoyed the twice-daily room service it was consistently prompt and attentive to my requests.
the air conditioning in my room was somewhat inefficient it struggled to maintain a consistently cool temperature during the warmer parts of the day.

my palace beautiful room featured a large marble bathroom there were two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. fresh towels were provided twice daily and the toiletries were high quality. the room had ample closet space and a well-stocked minibar.

the staff was consistently friendly and helpful at every interaction. the concierge provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. the breakfast service offered a great variety of fresh fruit and cooked-to-order omelets each morning.

the breakfast buffet during the weekend were adequate.
the rooms interiors was tired and dated. our room smelled distinctly of dampness and i found the bathroom was not up to standard.

the concierge recommended a seafood restaurant which turned out to be a scam. we realized this afterward when we read all the awful reviews. it was really bad advice
