Some Issues Not Justified by the Price

hard beddiscolored towels
The bed was hard. It didn't feel like a five-star bed at all. (i've slept better elsewhere). The towels felt old. They were discolored too. I could also hear the people next door making noise at 5 am on a couple of mornings.

Wonderful City Stay!

The hotel enjoys a central location. It provides easy access to the metro and nearby restaurants. The rooms were clean and large with comfortable beds. I found the breakfast quality and variety to be fantastic, a great start to the day.
The shower was a little small for a five-star hotel.

The room included a comfortable bed, bedside tables, and a spacious wardrobe. I appreciated the climate control system, it maintained a consistent temperature. The bathroom was equipped with a hairdryer and plenty of towels.

The breakfast buffet included fresh fruit, pastries, and a selection of hot dishes. There was a barista making coffee. I saw many options, including gluten-free and vegetarian choices available.

The hotel team offered a warm welcome. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The concierge assisted me with directions.

Really good Hospitality and Prime Location

The location is advantageous with a metro station just across the street. The staff demonstrated kindness. The rooms were well-kept and very clean. I observed great attention to detail. The excellent shower contributed positively to my experience-.
The lack of blackout curtains was an issue. Light filtered in, disrupting sleep. These curtains had damage and did not block light effectively. The placement of the break in the curtain directly in front of the bed was not ideal. This design flaw affected the room's darkness.
