i found the staff consistently helpful and cute. elderly relatives received excellent care from the staff. breakfast offered many delicious options, and i appreciated the little swimming pool to cool off. i really enjoyed complimentary tea, coffee, pastries and port available throughout the day
the room was slightly cold. i noticed the lack of proper insulation in the bathroom.

Really good Stay with AMAZING Amenities

My second stay confirmed this hotel is great. My room featured a mini fridge stocked with water. A decanter of port was available on the desk. I found the bed and pillows very comfortable. Complimentary port and pastries were a lovely afternoon treat.
i noticed that the gym and plunge pool were there, but i did not use them. There was really nothing negative to mention about this hotel, except that i had to leave.

The included breakfast had great variety. the location worked well, a quick walk from many places i wanted to see. i found the staff helpful with directions. i enjoyed the complimentary afternoon snacks. They were a nice touch.
The gym was a bit small. There were only a few machines.

The room was stylish and spacious with very comfortable beds. I found the decor throughout the hotel quite charming. The staff provided assistance whenever I needed it. I liked the excellent breakfast each morning.

i really liked the hotel lobby and mezzanine. breakfast was served until noon. i enjoyed the bottle of port provided in the room, it was a nice touch.
we received a dated room instead of the modern one shown on the website. the bathroom lacked ventilation. the towels had stains, and the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned.
