the staff was amazing. they offered a different room for a shower before my late flight. valet parking was available since finding parking in central areas is hard. i got free drinks upon arrival, and pasteis de nata with mini ginginhas were in my room.

the location is on a busy street and there was a lot of noise.

The neighborhood felt sketchy. many young men hung around on the nearby square. i also heard ambulances constantly. The noise was disturbing.

I found the location less than ideal. The street was very busy, and it was quite noisy at night. I could hear ambulances and people outside (i think next time i'll bring earplugs).

the staff was friendly. they gave me an early check-in, something i really appreciated. the room was amazing it had pastel de nata and ginja as a welcome gift. the breakfast offered many delicious options.

Not quite as expected

ineffective air conditioningnoticeable street noise

I had some issues with the room temperature. The air conditioning seemed ineffective, and I struggled to regulate the temperature for a comfortable sleep. the soundproofing was not as good as I hoped. Street noise was noticeable, ESPECIALLY during peak hours.
