respectful staff comfortable bed good breakfast selection small television ineffective air conditioning weak wi-fi signal
I found the staff very courteous and helpful with directions. the room was clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. the breakfast buffet had a good selection of items. I was pleased with the variety.
the television in my room was quite small! it also seemed a bit outdated. the air conditioning controls weren't very effective, it was either too cold or too hot. the wi-fi signal was weak in my room, very frustrating.

Excellent Stay
early check-in great location friendly staff convenient access
The staff facilitated an early check-in. This was very helpful since i had traveled a long distance. The hotel's location has grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Its proximity to the subway station allows convenient access to many places.
The tv in my room was a bit old. It could use an upgrade.

My room was finely decorated and a good size. The furniture looked new and cleaning occurred daily. These features contributed to a tidy and comfortable environment throughout my stay.

clean rooms friendly staff
the room interiors presented well. i found the staff friendly. the location proved convenient with several restaurants nearby (this was quite useful).
i woke up to loud banging at 8 am. they apologized, but it was an inconvenience.
