i enjoyed the breakfast with many choices. the staff were very kind and helpful. i appreciated the pastries and drinks that were available all day.
the historic location made access slightly difficult.

staff welcomed me so warmly! i enjoyed breakfast, served until 12pm, a super nice touch! there was tea, coffee, and cakes available all day in the lounge. complimentary sparkling wine after 6pm, so i could socialize. it.
the mattress felt really hard! it was not the most comfortable. maybe it a thing, but i did have same problem on previous trip.

the location is very convenient near the castle i appreciated the steep walk it added to the experience free tea coffee and cakes were available all day i also enjoyed the complimentary wine in the evenings the staff were very friendly and helpful providing great service and assistance the garden was lovely for breakfast and evening relaxation
the walls are thin i could hear everything and the mattress felt quite hard

the hotel is close to the old town but it is important to note the area is built on several hills so you must climb at least two hills to get anywhere a local told me this detail.

faulty air conditioningabsent reception
I booked a room without a mini-fridge. this really annoyed me because i wanted to keep some drinks cold. the air conditioning barely worked too. It just blew air instead of cooling the room. it made for an uncomfortable sleep after i walked around all day. also, one morning, no one was at reception when i tried to leave. i had to wait and call a number posted on the door. then, i learned the person on the phone don't even work at the hotel, what a crazy situation.
