inconsistent experience

non-functional outlets street noise

the location was acceptable.

i booked two rooms at a rate i considered premium, but one reminded me of a repurposed garage. a small window offered no view, and several power outlets were non-functional. the noisy air conditioning forced me to open a window, which only invited loud street noise.

My superior double or twin room offered a safe. a mini-bar was also available, but the view was NOT AMAZING. the bathroom included a hairdryer and free toiletries. We loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

really good hotel stay!!!

cute staff efficient luggage attentive staff central location

The staff was cute. They quickly escorted us to our room upon arrival. they handled luggage efficiently and always greeted us with a smile. i really appreciated this attentiveness . the rooftop bar provided amazing views and comfortable seating. the hotel's central location made it easy to explore the area.

the minibar prices seemed a bit high.

the room was spacious, offered contemporary lighting, and included a desk area. there was an armoire closet to store items. the bathroom had a shower providing hot water and great water pressure immediately.

the breakfast buffet offered plenty of options and variety, also delicious. an automatic coffee machine prepared coffee to order using ground beans. the machine offered beverage choices and staff allowed me to enjoy coffee.

the hotel is situated in a busy district, near many landmarks and tourist destinations. shopping and restaurants are also nearby, all within walking distance. the location made exploring the city very easy.

The superior double or twin room was quite spacious. The bathroom had hot water and great water pressure. I found the location super central, close to a metro station.

I could hear noise from the street at all hours. My room lacked a sitting area as advertised. The carpet was not clean.

The location prove to be central. It was in the heart of the city. Main attractions were nearby as I walk to everything. There were excellent places for dining close. Breakfast had good options with fruit and eggs. Staff provided good service.

Breakfast includes fruits, breads, and eggs, and special dietary accommodations were available upon request, a detail that morning chefs care about. Plus, the automatic coffee machine grinds beans to order. The bar offers indoor seating, outdoor patio, and garden seating, providing wonderful city view.

The hotel offers interesting gallery exhibits in hallways. I have also saw beautiful art on the newly-renovated restaurant walls. The bar has a wonderful view of the city, from the castle to the river, I certainly spendt some time in that area.

I experienced 5-star hospitality and attention from all staff. Every employee I encountered offer friendly, professional service, and it was nice. The hotel added lovely personalized touches in cute me, that was really sweet and I appreciated it.
