the location is really something else i loved it! the staff greeted everyone with a smile it was a good vibe. the room had a nespresso machine and a stocked fridge i felt so fancy. the shower have good pressure i felt so refreshed.

the room was small, this made it kind of difficult to storage my luggage.

The staff was always very helpful. They were willing to provide any assistance needed, and that makes a difference. The rooms are a decent size. The bathrooms are comfortable as well. I had a very positive experience.

I chose this hotel based on previous reviews. I expected the location might be noisy and was glad to have booked a room on the top floor. I packed a white noise machine. I found that the service was sadly lacking. The two male receptionists weren't helpful, and I pretty much had to work things out for myself.

The front desk was efficient during check-in, and the staff readily offered information about nearby attractions. Housekeeping maintained high standards of cleanliness, and they were prompt with requests for extra towels. I appreciated the attentive service.

cramped gymlimited breakfast selection

I was a bit disappointed with a couple of things . the gym was small. It had only one treadmill and a few weights. it felt quite cramped, especially when more than two people were using it. also, the limited selection at breakfast wasn't great. i expected more variety, especially with pastries and fresh fruit (i really missed berries).
