i loved the central location of this place. it was super easy to explore many points of interest. the breakfast offered a great variety of options.. i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit. the cleanliness was definitely noticeable throughout the entire hotel.

The lack of soundproofing was an issue. Traffic sounds penetrated even with the balcony door closed. I found the minibar was not restocked daily. There was no complimentary water.

the triple room was comfortable AND clean. a treat was provided upon arrival, it was lovely. cocktails tasted delicious there.

the air CONDITIONING system didn't work for three nights. i had little sleep because of the room temperature. dispensers gave little product with each pump, this was problematic.

The location was central to all attractions. The staff was very friendly. I also found the breakfast selection quite good.

i expected a complimentary bottle of water daily. The hotel provided only instant coffee sachets, not an espresso machine in the room. the sauna was very small and often fully occupied.

I loved that my executive double or twin room included two separate sinks! the rainfall shower was also excellent. the room offered plenty of space. I never felt cramped. the closet had ample storage for my clothes and luggage, which i really appreciated.

I did notice some noise from the hallway at times. It would be great if the doors had better sound insulation.
