quiet comfort close to everything

the staff were helpful. upon arrival, i received a complimentary bottle of wine and glasses. the cleaning staff asked if i needed anything in the evenings. i found this attention to detail very thoughtful.

the room was slightly smaller than i expected. it didn't bother me much as i didn't spend a lot of time there.

WONDERFUL hotel experience

I stayed for several nights and I found my room VERY clean and well kept. The staff provided complimentary treats, a detail I appreciated. I also found a great variety of options at breakfast. I enjoyed its convenient location. Many attractions are accessible.

The bar prices are quite high compared to local establishments.

My room had egyptian cotton bedlinen and it was very clean. There were complimentary Nespresso pods. The mini-fridge had free refillable glass bottles with still and sparkling water. The room was large.

the front desk staff was very helpful i think. they gave us a bottle of wine, and the wine glasses was a nice touch. they even filled our water bottles when we was heading out for the day, it was very kind.

the shower did not drain properly and the room smelled bad sometimes. i am guessing a blocked drain was to blame. it is the only hotel room i have ever stayed in without a kettle, i think is mandatory.

The staff assisted me with taxis to and from the airport. They were very helpful and friendly!!! I was upgraded to a beautiful suite. It had amazing views!!! The staff recommended fabulous restaurants to eat in.

The room lacked coffee. I did not find a kettle there.

the location was indeed very central. it was easy enough to get to nearby attractions.

I found the room smaller than expected. Space was quite limited. the noise from the street below made it difficult to sleep soundly. i also wasn't thrilled with the lack of privacy in the bathroom, the door didn't fully close.

the staff was super nice. they were ready to help and gave me very useful tips about my trip. the breakfast was delicious with yogurt, fruit, meats, bread, pastries, fresh juice, and eggs.

The shower did not drain properly. i frequently thought the room smelled really bad. I am guessing a blocked drain. there is also no fridge, as apparently only the 2 suites get this despite there being amble room.
