stained carpet peeling wallpaper
The room carpet had noticeable stains. This detracted from the overall impression. Wallpaper near the bottom of the wall was also peeling. The shower needed better attention to detail, especially concerning grime along the edges. These issues negatively impacted the stay.

amazing stay!
convenient location helpful staff clean room comfy bed
i found the location convenient. it was right off one of the main avenues! this made accessing other parts of the city simple. the staff was very helpful, especially with directions. the room was clean and the bed was comfy. i could not ask for anything more.
the older appliances were functional, but they did show their age. it did not impact my stay much, but i noticed.

the front desk provided immediate assistance with all inquiries. they were so helpful in securing transportation around the area. this service contributed positively to my visit!

this hotel is close to marques de pombal square and avenida da liberdade. i easily accessed tourist buses and the metro system. a short walk took me to the restaurant district. the staff was helpful and the breakfast had many tasty options.
The room had a faint smell. Likely from the carpet. the big window helped ventilate the room.

toilet seat visible stains
the hotel location is indeed excellent and very central.
The carpet had visible stains that were quite off-putting and the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. I saw stains on the toilet seat, disgusting!!! this.

Really good Experience at Prime Location

The hotel's location offers direct access to the metro. The proximity to the city center is convenient. The room was very clean with comfortable pillows. The staff were very friendly.
The air conditioning was too warm. I adjusted the setting but it only decreased by a small margin. The walls felt quite thin, as I could hear noise from adjacent rooms.

excellent location helpful staff bad smell dirty toilet
the location was excellent. the hotel is near the city center and it was very convenient for travel. i found the staff very friendly and helpful. breakfast was good with lots of options.
the room smelled, probably from infrequent carpet cleaning. i found a stain on the toilet seat. the room wasn't completely clean.
