constant noise unavailable air conditioning
the staff were helpful with directions and bolt transportation.
the metro runs directly under the hotel, causing constant noise. the noise began early each morning. i found sleeping past 6:00 am difficult. the air conditioning was also unavailable during my winter stay, so the room felt stuffy.

Wonderful experience

professional staff welcome drink efficient communication
The staff displayed professionalism at all times. They offered a welcome drink upon arrival. I also received complimentary drinks during the evenings, a thoughtful gesture. The hotel uses WhatsApp for communication, which proved very efficient.
The air conditioning was not available during my winter stay, made the room a little too warm.

The room was spacious. There was a bathtub. I also had access to a separate shower space including a rainfall shower head. Very convenient!

Breakfast had large offerings. I could order omelettes. The breakfast room staff made espresso coffees to order. It was a nice touch.

disappointing room near the metro

subway noise uncomfortable warm
the staff was friendly during check-in.
i had difficulty sleeping because of the constant subway noise under the hotel it rumbled constantly throughout the night the noise lessened slightly between midnight and 6:00am also the air conditioning was not working , made the room uncomfortably warm.
