the staff were helpful with directions and bolt transportation.

the metro runs directly under the hotel, causing constant noise. the noise began early each morning. i found sleeping past 6:00 am difficult. the air conditioning was also unavailable during my winter stay, so the room felt stuffy.

The staff displayed professionalism at all times. They offered a welcome drink upon arrival. I also received complimentary drinks during the evenings, a thoughtful gesture. The hotel uses WhatsApp for communication, which proved very efficient.

The air conditioning was not available during my winter stay, made the room a little too warm.

the staff was friendly during check-in.

i had difficulty sleeping because of the constant subway noise under the hotel it rumbled constantly throughout the night the noise lessened slightly between midnight and 6:00am also the air conditioning was not working , made the room uncomfortably warm.
