I found the staff helpful . Sergio at the front desk especially stood out with his really good support. the hotel interior was sparkling clean and very beautiful. the restaurant impressed me with its delicious food, i savored every meal there!

I noticed the room lacked some functionality. The shower's placement in the middle of the room felt a bit unusual, as it didn't create a defined bathroom space.

really good staff helpful information dedication to guest support

They helped with trains and provided helpful information. Alexander, Renan, and Doglio entertained and educated guests at the hotel bar. I appreciated the staff's dedication to guest support. Breakfast included fresh, quality food at a price comparable to the city center.

The room I occupied faced the street. Noise was audible. Noise-canceling earbuds helped.

lovely hotel, minor issues

helpful staff big windows busy neighborhood

i found the staff very helpful. the room included big windows and lots of light, which i like. the area felt busy, and i liked exploring the neighborhood.

the wash basin in the room was for short people. i also noticed there were no wash cloths provided. i would have liked these things to be different.

Not Quite Meeting Expectations

street noise slow breakfast service

The location was convenient with easy access to public transportation nearby.

The room I booked had issues with noise from the street making it difficult to sleep without earplugs. The breakfast service was slow I waited a long time for a second cup of coffee. I also found it strange that water was not provided at breakfast without extra payment.

i found the staff quite friendly and helpful . my room featured daily cleaning with fresh towels. breakfast was great with quality products.

my room faced the front street. without my noise canceling earbuds, it would have been quite noisy.
