Excellent Stay in a Cozy Room

helpful suggestions relaxing massage easy access metro station

The staff offered helpful suggestions for exploring the city. I greatly appreciated their recommendations. I enjoyed a massage at the spa. It was relaxing and worth the money. The hotel's proximity to a metro station provided easy access to the city center. I found this very convenient for my daily travels.

The shower water pressure was quite weak, which slightly detracted from the experience.

The gym fell short of expectations. Several machines were out of service. the breakfast buffet presented a limited selection, lacking variety and fresh options. i found the lighting controls in the room unnecessarily complex and unintuitive. the shower temperature fluctuated unpredictably. This.

Wonderful Anniversary Stay

The outdoor pool and jacuzzi were a highlight of my visit. The hotel staff added thoughtful anniversary touches. Breakfast offered an amazing array of options and choices. I also spent time in the gym and found it very clean.

I noticed a very slight delay with the laundry service.

breakfast range convenient location card reader cozy sauna

the breakfast options had an excellent range. (especially the fresh pastries!) the location was also very convenient. it had great facilities and decor, i must say.

the card reader enabling electricity did not work properly. it kept switching on and off in short intervals even after getting a new card. the sauna wasn't hot, nor was it the cozy experience i expected.

great variety convenient location clean spa

the breakfast selection provided a great variety of options, i found it modern and well equipped. the location proved easy and convenient, there were many shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby. the gym and spa area was very clean and perfect, i enjoyed a chilled hour or so.

i noticed the outdoor pool water was a bit grimy.

The breakfast was amazing, so many choices! i also really loved that the hotel is close to a metro stop. It made getting around super easy.

The shower didn't drain very well. Water pooled up. also, the sauna wasn't very hot! it wasn't the cozy experience i expected.

Really good Stay, Modern Amenities and Friendly Staff

spacious room coffee maker new gadget

The breakfast room is spacious and it had plenty of choice. A coffee maker was available in the room. The room was equipped with all the new gadgets. We also enjoyed an afternoon at the SPA and a massage (I felt totally renewed!).

The card reader enabling the electricity was faulty. It kept switching on and off every minute even after getting a new card.

The breakfast was great. It featured various items, all of excellent quality. I found the location convenient, especially with the nearby metro station. The hotel also offered a variety of coffee and extra dishes.
