the hotel was clean and the staff was ok.

the bathroom was a big problem. there was a terrible smell coming from the drains and it spread into the room. also, the breakfast was monotonous and lacked gluten-free options, even the scrambled eggs needed salt.

The room had a persistent smell, possibly from the drains. This odor permeated the room whenever the bathroom door was opened. the breakfast options were limited and fairly monotonous each day.

the schedule for cleaning seemed off. instead of cleaning when i was out, they waited until i was trying to rest. also, one cleaner wasn't very nice and showed no customer service skills at all.
